How to Use OcuTherm®

For Heated Therapy

Microwave to desired warmth level.
Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute heat.
Moisturize by applying a fresh OcuTherm sheet and adding mist from the spray bottle.
Apply the mask for 10-15 minutes to relieve dryness and tension.

For Cooling or Cold Therapy

Cool Therapy: Use at room temperature for gentle relaxation.
Cold Therapy: Refrigerate for 5 minutes or more to relieve swelling, puffiness, and headaches.
